Stage Pre

Let's explore the gentlest formulas available: the PRE Stage. Stage PRE is intended to be used by infants as their sole source of nutrition or as supplementary feeding for a breastfed baby and is typically recommended for babies up to three months old. One important feature of the PRE formulas is the absence of starch, which helps with easier digestion. The only carbohydrate in this formula stage is lactose (milk sugar), the primary carbohydrate source in breast milk. This formula stage is designed to be given to your little one as often and as much as they want during their first few months of life. Stage 1

Stage 1 formula can be used from birth to 6 months of age and is suitable as a supplement or replacement for breastfeeding. Unlike the Stage PRE formulas, some European Stage 1 formulas include organic mild starch as a complementary carbohydrate. Starch is added to lactose to help make the formula more creamy and filling, which may make it better suited to hungrier babies.
