Holle Goat Organic Stage Pre is a triple-certified organic goat milk infant formula for newborns from birth to 6 months. Certified EU Organic, Bio-Siegel (Germany's national organic seal), and Demeter Biodynamic, this 400g German-market version is made with organic whole goat milk from biodynamic farms. Every 100g of powder is made from 316ml of whole goat milk, with a Demeter total share of 67%. It can be used as a complete food source or as a supplement to breast milk. For parents who prefer a formula with added starch for extra satiety between feedings, Holle Goat Stage 1 covers the same birth-to-6-month age range.
 

Goat milk naturally contains A2 beta-casein protein and forms a smaller, softer curd during digestion compared to standard cow milk. This is why parents whose babies experience discomfort with cow's milk formulas often find goat milk a gentler alternative. Holle Goat Stage Pre uses exclusively organic whole goat milk (not skimmed), preserving the milk's natural protein and fat profile.

Stage Pre provides plant-based DHA (15mg per 100ml) from microalgae and ARA (15mg per 100ml) from Mortierella alpina, supporting brain and eye development from birth. Choline (22mg per 100ml) is included via choline bitartrate, alongside inositol (3.3mg per 100ml) and L-carnitine (1.1mg per 100ml) for early development. Lactose is the sole carbohydrate, with no starch, maltodextrin, or refined sugar. Because DHA comes from algae rather than fish oil, this formula is suitable for vegetarian families.

NOTE: Holle Goat German Stage Pre uses a two-step HALF-AND-HALF mixing method.
 

1. Wash your hands and sterilize the bottle, teat, and cap before use.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to drinking temperature, approximately 37°C (98°F). Do not re-boil water.
3. Pour HALF of the required water into the sterilized bottle.
4. Add the correct number of leveled scoops using only the scoop provided (1 scoop per 30ml water). Scoop size: 4.4g.
5. Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is fully dissolved.
6. Add the REMAINING HALF of the required water and shake again.
7. Test on the inside of your wrist before feeding. 

Important Information:

• Only use the scoop provided in the can.
• Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to the milk.
• Always freshly prepare formula and do not prepare in advance. Use immediately, and discard leftovers at the end of the feed.
• Do not heat a bottle in a microwave as hot spots may occur, which could cause scalding.
• All opened formula should be used within 21 days. Never use the formula beyond its expiration date. The expiration date on the formula box/tin is listed according to European standard: day/month/year
• Avoid storing in areas of high heat or humidity.
