Like HiPP Dutch Stage 1 and Stage 2, Stage 3, this formula is tailored to meet the specific needs of an active toddler. Junior Combiotik is HiPP's growing milk line featuring a patented natural probiotic culture (Limosilactobacillus fermentum hereditum) alongside prebiotics (GOS from lactose, 0.7g per 100ml, the highest in the HiPP Dutch range) to support ongoing digestive comfort. This is the Metafolin formula, using calcium-L-methylfolate, the bioactive form of folate.

HiPP Dutch Stage 4 focuses on the key nutrients toddlers need alongside a full solid-food diet: vitamin D (2.9mcg per 100ml, 58% of daily value) and iron (1.2mg per 100ml) for the immune system, calcium (120mg per 100ml) for bone development, and DHA (7.7mg per 100ml from fish oil) for brain development. Lactose is the sole carbohydrate source with no maltodextrin, starch, or refined sugar. Furthermore, this formula is gluten-free and made with the same organic milk and ingredients as HiPP's certified stages, using skimmed milk in Germany. Because EU rules don't allow the optional vitamins and minerals that toddler milks add, it cannot carry the official organic label, even though it stays free from GMOs, pesticides, and refined sugars.

Please be aware that this product is manufactured according to European Union nutritional standards. Consequently, it may only meet the requirements of customers within the EU.

Preparation for all powdered formulas:

1. Use freshly boiled water for each of the baby’s meals and allow it to cool down to 120 degrees Fahrenheit (50 °C) before mixing with formula
2. Pour in 2/3 of the necessary amount of boiled water into a clean and sterilized
3. Use the scoop provided with your box of formula (note that spoon sizes vary by brand and even lot), and add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder (1 leveled scoop of powder per 1oz / 30ml of water).
4. Close the bottle with the nipple and cap and vigorously shake until all the powder has completely dissolved.
5. Add the remaining water to the bottle and shake it
6. Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit or 37 °C), and ALWAYS test the temperature of the milk before feeding to avoid scalding or burning your little one.

Important Information:

• Only use the scoop provided in the pack.
• Do not make feeds weaker or stronger than indicated by adding extra water/scoops, and do not add anything else to the milk.
• Always freshly prepare formula and do not prepare in advance. Use immediately, and discard leftovers at the end of the feed.
• Do not heat a bottle in a microwave, as hot spots may occur, which could cause scalding.
• All opened formulas should be used within 21 days. Never use a formula beyond its expiration date. The expiration date on the formula box/tin is listed according to European standards: day/month/year
• Avoid storing in areas of high heat or humidity.
