How do I subscribe?
- Select your preferred product (e.g., HiPP Dutch Stage 1).
- Choose your desired quantity (e.g., 6-pack).
- Click Subscribe & Save.
- Use the dropdown menu to select your preferred delivery schedule.
- Double-check your subscription details in the "Add to Cart" box (total, including shipping).
- Click Add to Cart, then complete the regular checkout process. You can add a note if you'd like.
How do I pause, resume, skip, or reschedule an order?
Pause
Any order that hasn't been billed yet can be paused or delayed directly in your subscription portal. You can reschedule it for a later date or skip it entirely (your subscription will continue on its normal cycle after the skipped order).
Pausing a single order does not pause your entire subscription. You can also pause your whole subscription using the "Pause" button at the bottom of your subscription page. Your locked-in price will stay protected.
Note:
If you have multiple subscriptions, make sure you’re editing the correct one.
Resume
You can reactivate any paused subscription associated with your email. It will resume normal billing and shipping on the next scheduled date. View your scheduled orders by clicking "View Scheduled Orders" in the portal.
Skip
Skip any upcoming unbilled order in your subscription portal — perfect if you have extra formula on hand. Instead of skipping, you can also reschedule the shipment to a later date (e.g., if you're going on vacation).
Reschedule
You can move the next order's billing date forward or backward. This new date will also apply to all future orders. You can bring an order forward as early as 1 day from now. Same-day processing is not available in the portal. For urgent needs, email support@organicformulashop.com.
Changing the quantity or formula stage
- Update stage: When your baby outgrows the current stage, switch to the next one in your subscription portal while keeping all subscription benefits.
- Update quantity: Change the pack size/quantity anytime in the portal.
Important
Stage or quantity changes can only be made before the order is billed. We send a reminder email 3 days before billing so you have time to make adjustments.
Canceling or reactivating your subscription
Cancel
You can cancel any unbilled order (or your entire subscription) directly in the subscription portal. Once canceled, future orders will stop, and your dedicated inventory allocation will end.
Timing
Once an order is billed, it is processed like a regular one-time purchase. If the warehouse has already packed it, the order cannot be canceled or changed. That's why we send a 3-day reminder before every billing, so you always have time to adjust or cancel.
Reactivate
If your subscription was paused or canceled, you can reactivate it at any time in the subscription portal to resume regular deliveries.
Subscription Q&A
If your subscribed product is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you in advance and delay the shipment until stock is replenished. Your subscription remains active, and your price lock is still in effect. You can also switch to a different product or stage at any time.
Yes! You can have multiple active subscriptions — for example, one for HiPP Dutch Stage 1 and another for Kendamil Stage 2. Each subscription is managed independently in your portal, so you can adjust schedules, quantities, and stages for each one separately.
Yes — the 5% subscription discount is automatically applied to every recurring order. No coupon code needed. You'll see the discounted price reflected in your cart and order confirmation.
When you subscribe, the price of your product is locked in for the duration of your subscription. Even if prices increase due to inflation or supply chain changes, your recurring orders will remain at the original subscription price. Pausing your subscription preserves the price lock; only canceling will end it.
