PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
First wash your hands and sterilize the bottle, the teat and the ring in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then follow the steps in the picture above.
- Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to about 40 to 50 °C (104 to 122 °F). Never pour boiling water onto the powder, it destroys the natural lactic acid cultures.
- Pour the right amount of cooled water into the bottle. See the feeding chart below for the amount.
- Add 1 level scoop of 4.4 g for every 30 ml (1 fl oz) of water. Fill the scoop loosely, level it off with the back of a clean knife, and do not press the powder down. Use only the 4.4 g scoop that came in this pack, because scoop weights differ between brands, between stages and sometimes between batches.
- Close the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder has dissolved completely. Hydrolyzed powder can foam a little, that is normal.
- Let it cool to drinking temperature, about 37 °C (98 °F).
- Test a drop on the inside of your wrist. It should feel warm, not hot. Now it is ready.

Important safety warning. Do not use this formula if your baby has a proven cow's milk protein allergy, or if one is suspected. HA means the whey protein is partially hydrolyzed, so it is broken down into smaller pieces. It is intended to help reduce the risk of allergy in babies who are not yet allergic. It is not a treatment for an existing milk allergy, and it is not the same as an extensively hydrolyzed or amino acid formula.
Use this formula only in consultation with your pediatrician or midwife.
Important notes
- Make each bottle just before the feed and give it straight away. Use it within half an hour, not the 1 hour you may have seen on other packs.
- Never reuse milk your baby has left. Throw it away.
- Never warm a bottle in the microwave. It heats unevenly and can scald your baby's mouth.
- After opening, keep the pack tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature and use it within 3 weeks. Never store it in the fridge, and keep it away from heat and damp.
- The date is on the bottom of the pack and is written DD/MM/YYYY. So 05/09/2027 means 5 September 2027, not 9 May.
- The amounts below are a guide. Your baby does not have to finish the bottle. Ask your pediatrician if you are unsure.
Feeding chart
Always 1 level scoop of 4.4 g per 30 ml (1 fl oz) of water. This 800 g (28.2 oz) pack makes approx. 62 bottles of 100 ml. Treat that as a guide, the exact number depends on how you level each scoop and on a little spillage.

Ingredients
Lactose, vegetable oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil), hydrolyzed whey protein, galacto-oligosaccharides from lactose, calcium orthophosphates, potassium chloride, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with citric acid, fish oil1, choline, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, L-phenylalanine, L-tyrosine, Mortierella alpina oil, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, sodium selenite, vitamin C, zinc sulfate, L-tryptophan, L-histidine, inositol, potassium iodate, L-carnitine, iron sulfate, natural lactic acid cultures (Limosilactobacillus fermentum hereditum®2), pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin E, copper sulfate, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin A, vitamin B6, manganese sulfate, calcium-L-methylfolate3, vitamin K, biotin, vitamin D, vitamin B12.

This formula is not organic. There are no Bio or EU organic markings and no organic asterisks in the ingredient list.
Allergens: milk and fish.
This formula is not vegetarian. The DHA comes from fish oil, not algae oil. If you need a vegetarian formula, look at our vegetarian formulas instead.
