Description
HiPP Dutch Organic Goat Formula, Stage 2 provides complete and organic nutrition for babies six months and older. It provides essential nourishment as your little one reaches new developmental milestones. For infants transitioning from initial formula or breast milk, especially those with sensitive stomachs, finding a gentle, high-quality option is key, and HiPP formula Stage 2 is an excellent solution. HiPP Goat is certified under EU Organic code DE-ÖKO-001, carries the HiPP Bio seal, and is made in Germany for the Dutch market.
HiPP Goat Organic Follow-On Stage 2 formula is designed for babies over six months who have already started solid food. The main difference between HiPP Goat Stage 1 and Goat Stage 2 is: Iron is 1.0mg per 100ml, double the Stage 1 level (which is the main reason a second stage exists). Calcium rises from 67mg to 77mg, and vitamin C from 8.9mg to 10.0mg. The prebiotic level goes from 0.3g to 0.5g per 100ml. HiPP Goat contains galacto-oligosaccharide prebiotics made from organic lactose, plus DHA, calcium, and vitamin C.
Like our HiPP Goat Stage 1 formula, HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 2 contains only A2 beta-casein, omitting A1 beta-casein, which is often linked to lactose intolerance and discomfort. That is why this formula provides an excellent alternative for babies sensitive to cow's milk protein, though it is not suitable for true milk allergies.
HiPP Dutch Goat Stage 2 is rich in essential nutrients for your infant's early development. The formula contains key vitamins such as A, C, and D. Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption and bone growth, while Omega 3 & 6 support your little ones' brain and eye development. This formula contains fish oil, which is the source of its DHA, so it cannot be called vegetarian.
HiPP Goat Dutch Stage 2 exceeds the EU requirements set by the European Food Safety Authority for organic certification, which are much stricter than organic standards in the US. This ensures it is 100% free from steroids, pesticides, growth hormones, GMOs, and non-medically necessary antibiotics. For HiPP, animal welfare is paramount. The grass-fed goats graze on open fields, ensuring the highest-quality milk and resulting in a world-class formula.

Not sure how much to order? Whether you are stocking up for a few weeks or a couple of months, our formula calculator shows exactly how many cans your baby needs. One tip from experienced parents: babies grow through their formula faster than you expect, so it is worth ordering your next supply before the current can runs low.
Please note: If your baby has been diagnosed with a cow’s milk protein allergy (rather than just showing signs of sensitivity), it is not very likely that Holle goat milk formulas will be suitable. You might consider one of our hypoallergenic formulas, which contain hydrolyzed proteins less likely to provoke an allergic response. Please consult your pediatrician.

How to make a bottle

Preparation for HiPP powdered formulas:
1. Wash your hands, then sterilize the bottle, teat, and ring carefully.
2. Boil fresh drinking water and leave it to cool down before mixing.
3. Pour the correct amount of cooled water into the bottle.
4. Fill the measuring scoop loosely and level it off. Scoop size: 4.5g. Use 1 level scoop per 30ml of water. Add the recommended number of scoops to the bottle.
5. Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
6. Let it cool to drinking temperature, approximately 37°C (98°F). Always check the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.
Important Information:
• Always prepare the bottle just before the feed and give it to your baby straight away.
• Do not warm the milk in a microwave, because of the risk of burns.
• Do not re-use leftover milk. Use only the measuring scoop supplied in this can.
• Frequent and prolonged contact between the teeth and liquids containing carbohydrate can cause tooth decay.
• Teach good dental hygiene from the first milk teeth, especially before bedtime.
