Express delivery within 4 days
When you order premium formulas, you expect-first class service. We totally agree! That is why Express shipping is standard on all our orders. It means that we deliver your formula within 4 days anywhere in the US and Canada. All orders are shipped directly from our temperature-controlled warehouse in the Netherlands right to your doorstep. We use several carriers (like FedEx, DHL, or UPS) as our trusted partners, depending on the order’s location and weight. After the courier has picked up your order, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail and/or SMS. Please note, we do not ship on the weekends. Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.

TIP: After receiving the tracking number, you can, on the courier’s website, adjust some of your delivery preferences for your convenience. Click on your carrier to track the parcel with the provided 10 digit tracking code: DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

**Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes**

There is a meager chance that orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to an inspection, or additional fees may be charged by the local customs department. This can happen once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Organic Formula Shop has no control over these charges, nor can Organic Formula Shop predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Return Policy
As we guarantee that our product is authentic and comes from the manufacturer’s authorized wholesalers, we are unable to take returns, even if they are unopened. We do not restock formula once it has left our warehouse, and any returned formula is immediately destroyed. This provides security to our customers that the product that they are receiving is authentic and not a counterfeit formula. All of our products are perishable food items, and we must protect the integrity of our inventory for all of our customers. Thank you for understanding.

Damage or lost
Unfortunately, packages sometimes get damaged or lost during their journey. We guarantee that your products leave our warehouse in a pristine state! Unless your sealed package of the formula was accidentally opened, any damage to the box or tin is only cosmetic and can be used safely. If you received a badly damaged package, it’s necessary to directly report it to the courier-employee and take pictures of the damaged item(s). Otherwise, the carrier will deny compensation. Please also don’t hesitate to contact us and report the damage. We will do everything we can to help you!
In the rare case of a delay or loss of your package, we will contact the carrier to start an investigation. Once we have the claim confirmation from them, we will gladly issue you a refund.

Incorrect Product
Oops! We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please contact us immediately with your order number, and please attach a photo of the item you did receive to help identify the mistake.  We will send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup.  If we have the correct item in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received.  If the right item is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment.  Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement

Cancellation Policy
We Dutch like to work fast! So, we pack, process, and ship your order soon after you’ve placed it. If you want to cancel, please reach out to us as quickly as possible. If the order canceling is possible, we will refund the order amount minus the payment processor’s transaction fees. It can take 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank) to receive the amount. Cancellation of the order is impossible if the order has been picked up from our warehouse by the courier. Thank you for understanding.
